Lesson 7

か = ka             It is said like  ka in "ka a do doo do"

 き= ki              It is said like key.

 く= ku               It is said like the "coo" in raccoon

 け= ke             It is said  like cay. 

 こ= ko              said like "co" in cobra. 

Lesson 6 

We are starting the Japanese alphabet. There are 51 letters.

Lesson 1


The Japanese language has 3 alphabets.  They are hiragana, katakana, and Kanji. Hiragana is the 1st one you should be learning. There are 51 letters in this alphabet.  For the first few lessons I will use another system called  romaji which is Japanese written with Latin letters. Now I will show you greetings and good byes.
